Fude Inspired Cuisine and Wine Bar is Winnipeg's finest example of Manitoba inspired cuisine. Our menu features such culinary favorites as "fall off the bone" Manitoba Bison Ribs, smothered in a hosemade smokey chipotle sauce, Spice dusted Manitoba pork tenderloin served with our own rhubarb chutney, locally caught pickerel, drizzled with a zesty lime-cream sauce and our signature dish chili chocolate chicken. This dish is made using free range, breasts of chicken, then slathered in Callebaut dark chocolate sauce off set with cayenne cream.
