It's time for the Winnipeg Roller Derby League's Annual Home Team Summer Series! Three teams battling it out in three hard hitting women's flat track roller derby bouts!
Watch 2012 Home Team Champs, Valkyries' Wrath defend their honor against The Corporation and BackSeat Betties. Each team has added new skaters and increased their training schedules so big hits and fast skating are guaranteed.

The 15th Annual Cycle on Life, in support of the Riverview Health Centre Foundation, will be held on June 9th, 2013. This year, the event will take participants on one of two scenic routes leading to the new Investors Group Field where they will get an exclusive turf level sneak peak at the new home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers joined by celebrity rider Trevor Kennerd and other Blue Bomber alumni.
The Winnipeg Football Club is pleased to join other corporate sponsors and participants to support Riverview’s efforts to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Units at Riverview Health Centre.
Participants of this family-friendly event can choose to ride as individuals or in teams. All riders will get an insider’s look into the new stadium before its official opening.

Are you a fan of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers? Would you like a sneak peak at the new Investors Group Field? Do you enjoy cycling on a beautiful summer’s day? You can do all of this and help Riverview Health Centre when you ride in Cycle on Life!
On June 9th, riders will gather at Riverview Health Centre to cycle one of two routes leading to the new home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. The shorter route will be led by an impressive group of Bomber Alumni, including: Bruce Boyko, Luke Fritz, Rick House, Tim Jessie, Jermese Jones, Trevor Kennerd, Ron LaTourelle, Lamar McGriggs, Stan Mikawos, James Murphy, Willard Reaves, Bob Toogood, and Dave Vankoughnett.
You can also show your support by donating to Riverview on behalf of these Bomber Alumni riders and other participants.
Riders will receive brunch, a yummy BDI snack, and be eligible for amazing prizes.
